Rules...?

Do I have to follow the rules? Like, can I write about progress that is uninteresting?

For example, this is a list of what I did today pertaining to the business....
-talked to architect about bathrooms and electical work
-talked to bob about our LLC and payroll
-tried to register for an employee identification number, got confused, called another accountant

NOT INTERESTING.

Okay, I just wanted to be the first one to break a rule.
